To be eligible to complete our online application, you must:
• be the age of majority
• be a resident of the province
• have a personal email address

Already a member? Your application process is even faster! With your member number and PAC, the application can be pre-populated with your personal information and linked to your existing account.

Personal Information
To open your account, we will need some personal information including your address, social insurance number, employment details and contact information. For details on how we keep your information secure, please refer to the privacy section on our website.

Identification
Your security is important to us! Through our identity verification process, you may need to upload a recent bank statement, utility bill or credit card statement. This will help us know that you are you!

Member Share ($5)
As a credit union, we are owned by our members! Through this small one-time deposit, you become part of our credit union. When you open an account with us, you also receive a separate Share Account where this deposit is held for you.
Joint Account Information
If you are applying for a joint account, details such as personal information (including email address), identity, assets and proof of income, as applicable, are needed for both of you. For joint accounts, only one member share deposit is required.
